Our guests can savour the wines, the olive oils and other typical products of our territory and, particularly in the autumn-winter period, the so-called "good chestnut" (marron buono) of Marradi and the cakes and biscuits made from the chestnuts.
In the other seasons of the year, our guests can try some of the recipes created by Martino, a chef who lived in the second half of the 19th century. He was very loyal to the Torriani family, and brought to Marradi some recipes for first courses that are still made in the area today.
Upon request when making your booking, we can arrange, bearing in mind the teachers' other engagements, courses in traditional local cuisine and visits, accompanied by tourist and nature guides, to the most enchanting locations in the area.
