Booking terms and conditions:
- Your reservation at Palazzo Torriani will be confirmed upon receipt of your VISA/MASTERCARD credit card details as a guarantee, or upon receipt of a bank transfer equal to 20% of the total price.
Reservation conditions for single use:

If our accommodations are occupied by only one person, a 20% discount can be applied to the full price.
However, in the months of May, June, September, and October, there are no reduction in prices.
That is, if the room is occupied by only one person, the full rate applies. - Additionally, from October to March, a heating contribution can be requested (starting from €15/night).
Cancellation policy:
- Nothing is charged in case of cancellation of the reservation within 7 days of the arrival.
- In case of later cancellation, the cost of the first night will be charged or the deposit paid will be retained.
Supplements:
- Additional bed supplement 40 €
- Crib supplement 20 €
- Extra change of bed linen 10 € and bath linen 12 € per person
- Heating supplement from October to April starting from 15 €/night
- Pets allowed upon request with supplement starting from 20 €/night
- Prices do not include the tourist tax of 3 € per adult per night for the first 6 nights.
- Children under 14 do not pay the tourist tax.

We’re all going through difficult times, something out-of-the-ordinary that we never experienced before. Even though our little town Marradi, between Tuscany and Romagna, has been covid-free since the beginning of the emergency, it’s been hard.
We are now ready to welcome you, our beloved guests in maximum safety by offering a relaxing and calm stay at Palazzo Torriani in Tuscany. Therefore, we have a strict program of precise safeguards to guarantee your and our safety that includes:

Food is very important for your experience at Palazzo Torriani. We continue to offer our guests tasting lunch and dinner, as well as to take part to our cooking classes. All meals are going to be served either in the garden or in the courtyard, when possible, or in our spacious dining room. All seats are going to be arranged to guarantee your safety. Meal menus are going to be digital.
